Each new backup automatically overwrites the previous one.

Backups are stored for a maximum of 7 days only from the date of creation.
2. Backup Restoration
Request Through Support
If you need to restore a backup, you must raise a support ticket through your Client Area.
7-Day Window Only
Restoration will be performed only from the available 7-day backup window.
No Older Data
We cannot restore or provide data that is older than the latest available backup.
No Guarantee
Hosting Master does not guarantee that every backup will be error-free or restorable.
Before requesting restoration, please ensure the issue is documented with details about when the backup was needed.
3. Third-Party Backup Infrastructure
Backups are managed using third-party systems/services integrated with our hosting platform.
Hardware Failure
If any hardware failure or disk issue occurs, Hosting Master will not be responsible for data loss or incomplete backups.
Third-Party Outage
In case of third-party outage, we will not be held liable for backup failures or data loss.
In such situations, we will attempt to restore data from the most recent available backup, if possible. However, no guarantee can be provided for successful recovery.
4. Client Responsibility (Highly Recommended)
We strongly recommend that all clients maintain their own local or cloud backups of websites, databases, and emails.
