Create a Support Ticket for detailed documentation of the abuse incident.

What to Include in Your Abuse Report
Providing detailed information helps us take swift and effective action. Please include the following in your report:

Timestamps: Date and time when abuse was detected (include timezone)

Due to the volume of reports, we may not send a personal response to each message. However, rest assured that we will take necessary actions to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Your abuse report is immediately logged with a unique tracking ID
Initial Review
Our abuse team reviews and assesses severity within 2-24 hours
Investigation
We investigate and take appropriate enforcement actions within 24-72 hours
Resolution
Actions may include warnings, account suspension, or termination
Monitoring
We monitor resolved cases to ensure continued compliance
Domain Names Registered with Hosting Master
If a domain name is registered with Hosting Master but not hosted on our network, verification or restrictive action may be limited.
To expedite resolution, we recommend:
- Report abuse to the actual hosting provider where content is hosted
- Notify us if the domain is registered through Hosting Master
- We will contact the domain owner regarding reported violations
- Serious violations may result in domain suspension
